Usage:
It is mainly used to discharge material from the product container
of fluid-bed dryer (FBD)
It consists of hydraulic lifting system, hopper turnover system, column horizontal gyrate system, stationary chassis and so on. To start to work, the hopper on the FBD tipper should be firstly connected with the material container of fluid bed dryer by fastening bolts. Switch on the lifting button to lift container.
Switch on the turnover button, the container will be turn over 180 degree. Gyrate the column horizontally, make it joint with the feeding mouth of equipment on the next procedure. Open the butterfly valve to start discharge. Auto-controlled discharging valve is optional as per customers’ requirements.
Characteristics:
1.Made of Austenitic stainless steel. There is no dead angle, no
concave-convex face.
2.Applying specially-made butterfly valve with no dead angle, no
remnant.
3.both inner and outer surfaces are all polished to high quantity,
it is easy to clean
4.It is specially designed to directly discharge mat3erial from the
material container of FBD into cone mill. It can greatly prevent
dust emission when discharging material.
5.Auto-controlled discharging valve is optional as per customer’s
requirement.
