Product Description

It is a new arrival customization vertical quartz sealing system, which can connect a vacuum pump and oxyhydrogen generator. We can also provide you with corresponding vacuum joints and glass clamps according to the vacuum requirement and glass tube size. The fixed holder of the glass tube can be moved to adjust the melting position. Rotating and non-rotating glass tubes can be optional according to your requirement. It is suitable for quartz glass tubes of more than 35mm outer diameter.

When sealing quartz tubes, it is necessary to equip them with industrial oxyhydrogen generators to melt glass tubes fastly. Generally speaking, we suggest you choose the oxyhydrogen generators based on the external diameter and thickness of the glass tube.

1. Customized rotary torch

The oxyhydrogen flame torch rotates left and right. The four rotary burners can evenly heat and fuse around the glass tube.

2. Adjustable fused glass sealing position

Adjust the position between the flame nozzle and the glass tube with the fixed threaded rod.

3. Customized flame nozzles

There are four flame nozzles, which are used for preheating and sealing glass tubes.

4. Inert gas filling and vacuum interface available

The sealing device can connect a vacuum pump and fill protective gas.
