The OKRFH-18 auto-rotating ampule sealing system utilizes the tip seal method, as it is a hemispherical uniform height, attractive and stronger seal than the pull seal method.

When using the OKRFH-18 System, the technician places empty ampules into the carousel and removes the sealed ampules. There is very little skill or training necessary. Setting the flame condition and dwell time in the flame initially is typically completed in 5 minutes or less.

In the process of sealing, it is not necessary to pull the ampoule bottle mouth with tweezers. After you put 18 bottles of ampoules on the rotary device, it can start and stop sealing by pedal. Placing, sealing, and removing ampoules can be finished at the same time. So it improves the sealing work by up to 20% compared with the handle manual ampoule sealing type.
