Performance introduction:
1. Large raw material holding roll, full stretched for cutting and folding. raw material width is adjustable, can be customized as clients' requirements.
2. Wetting system - Adopts dipping in the liquid container and squeezing wetting way, make sure wet towels can be wet fast and even.
3. Cutter: Adopt high quality cutter, make sure the raw materials can be cut neat and fast. For the heavier raw material beyond the scale, can be customized with ultrasonic cutter accordingly.
4. Raw material cutting system: length adjustable
5. Photoelectric detection can automatically stop if there is no cloth
6. Packaging form: synchronized with folding part, automatic connect, save in time and labor, the packing type can be customized as H type 3 side pack or four side seal pack, and can be flat folding or rolling then pack.
7. Position adjustment: opening position, labeling position, feeding position, color mark position, which can be changed directly on the touch screen
8. Electrical control system: PLC system, man-machine interface, control circuit, power circuit, temperature control and other auxiliary controls

Production process: coil loading → slitting and folding → conveying → wetting → spunlace non-woven fabric loading (finished product) → automatic synchronous transportation of tailstock → bagging → automatic opening → automatic labeling → bag making → sealing → cutting →Product delivery
