Working principle

The main drive is driven by a variable-frequency speed-regulating motor to drive the gearbox, which directly drives the spindle to run after deceleration. An eccentric wheel is installed on the main shaft to generate power (up and down movement) for the heat sealing work. The punching station makes the ejector rod to reciprocate up and down through the cylinder.The aluminum foil is automatically transported into the heat-sealing mold and the aluminum foil sheet containing the product is heat-sealed by anilox, and finally enters the punching (the punching can be cut or cut continuously, and the parameters are set through the touch screen). The precision polyurethane traction wheel mechanism is driven by a servo motor to complete the intermittent parallel movement of the aluminum foil material. The machine has reasonable structure, stable and reliable performance.
