FCI4050.A140B150C130. This mold has been carefully crafted to
perfectly align with your specific mold design requirements.
Hailing from Guangdong, China, this three-plate mold adheres to LKM
standards. Weighing in at 1158kg, it has been tailored for use with
a 180 (T) tonnage injection molding machine (IMM). Its dimensions
span 400mm in length, 640mm in width, and 541mm in height. Designed for mass production, this mold prioritizes production
cost, quality, and cycle time. It boasts three slides and three
lifters to ensure precision during the molding process. Selected
surfaces have been polished using VDI 18#, while the cavity and
core have been hardened using 1*1/S136 material to ensure
exceptional hardness and anti-wear performance. With a projected
tool life of up to 500,000 shots, this mold has been meticulously
designed to prevent leakage and maintain stable cavity pressure,
promoting uniform wall thickness in the molded parts. The resulting
products will feature smooth surfaces, sharp edges, and no burrs.
Furthermore, the mold facilitates the creation of precise threads
and consistent thickness throughout the molded parts. This mold operates using a cold runner injection/runner type,
accommodating PC/TPU as the part material. The part size measures
129.44 X 163.28 X 60.35mm, with a part weight of 9.84g. |
