Production Description:
1. The flat gate valve produced by our factory can be divided into two kinds: open gate valve and dark gate valve. Flat gate valve is widely used in oil production equipment such as tree, tubing head, casing head and manifold. The main function is to control the connection and cut off of pipelines and other equipment media.
2. Flat gate valve main models are: PFF/PFFA/PFFW/PFFY model,FC model,FL model,FLS model,FLSR model. HYD/HRC model,BSO model
3. Flat gate valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve cover, valve plate, valve seat, valve stem, handwheel and other components;
4. Metal seal between valve body and valve cover;
5. Gate and seat sealing surface by spray welding cemented carbide
or QPQ treatment, to ensure good wear and corrosion resistance;
6. Before leaving the factory, the valve has been tested according to the API 6A standard for water pressure strength and seal test to ensure its reliability and safety.
