Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) is a new type of
engineering thermoplastic with an average molecular weight of over
3 million viscosities . Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene
pipes have superior performance compared to traditional HDPE pipes,
such as B. very high abrasion resistance, impact resistance,
excellent internal pressure resistance, resistance to environmental
cracking, internal self-lubrication, resistance Sticky, low
temperature resistance and excellent chemical resistance.
1, Abrasion Resistance - UHMWPE tubing has excellent wear
resistance providing long life in abrasive slurry applications.
2, Chemical Resistance - Excellent resistance to a wide range of
chemical reagents allows UHMWPE systems to be used in mine waste
pipelines and chemical handling applications.
3, Flexible pipe-UHMWPE can bend at least 30 times the outside
diameter of the pipe for HDPE. This flexibility and resilience
allows the hose to absorb pressure shock, vibration and stress
caused by ground movement. This makes pipes especially useful in
undersea pipelines, mines and earthquake-prone areas.
4, High Flow - Low friction with materials such as fiber cement and
resistance to material build-up gives UHMWPE pipes high flowability
and durability. Reduced pumping costs thanks to greater hydraulic
capacity compared to steel pipes and HDPE pipes.
5, Easy to install - UHMWPE is easy to install with light weight
and flange connection.
