3: Summarization of the machine
Structure of the main machine:the equipment is single pipe test mode,horizontal test bed ,double
beams structure,top in and top out. The fill head adopts double
nuts-lead screw model and is driven by a hydro-motor to move in a
short stroke smoothly. The venting head adopts hoop-pull rod model
and is driven by a oil cylinder to move in a big stroke step by
step.
Water system: including low pressure water system and high pressure
water system.
Low pressure water system: including water filling system and water
flushing system. For the water filling system, there is a filling
tank which is used to contain the 3% water emulsion and fill it to
the test pipes. For the water emulsion, there is one set
centrifugal pump which is used to suck the industrial new water to
flush the inner wall of the pipe. The two water systems are
recycled.
High pressure water system: mainly including one set sustained
intensifier,one set high pressure releasing valve station and one set high
pressure one-way valve stations. When testing, the sustained intensifier builds up the pressure
quickly and reaches the pressure to the set value precisely and
holds it. Test pressure accuracy is within 0-2%.
Sealing mode: adopting big clearance radial sealing.
