DY-5 is principally used in PVC ink, silk-screen printing ink, paper ink, PVC adhesive, CPVC adhesive, UPVC adhesive, leather treatment agent, basic material of magnetic card, thermal insulating foaming material, additive for PVC modification etc.

Solubility & Compatibility:

For DY-5 type of copolymer, ketone solvents are especially suited, such as acetone, MEK, nadone and isophorone.

DY-5 type of bipolymer is miscible with other resins during the course of usage, such as other types of vinyl chloride vinyl acetate copolymer, PVC resins, perchloro-ethylene resin, ketone resins, chloroprene rubber, NBR, polyacrylate, epoxy resin, polyester and petroleum resin etc.

Stability:

DY-5 resin has excellent light and heat stability, but when it is used outdoors or at higher temperature, the following stabilizers are suggested to use with it, such as organotin stabilizer without sulphur, epoxy compound stabilizer, light resistant ultraviolet stabilizer.

Packaging and Storage:

In kraft bag, lined with pp bags of 25kgs net, with PE inner bag.
Stored in a dry and ventilated place, do not place in open-air, avoid storage in direct sunlight and caution against wet.
Must be transported in clean vehicle with awning and keep away from moisture.
It is not hazardous article, and the shelf life is one year from the delivery date.
