A790 Super Duplex 2507 UNS S31803 Pipe 2205 Stainless Steel Sheet
The duplex material is a kind of ferrite - austenitic duplex stainless steel,which is integrated conducive properties both of ferrite and austenitic and provided with higher intensity as well as tenacity.
Duplex 2507 (UNS S32750) is a super duplex stainless steel designed for applications which require exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. 2507 is a 25% chromium, 4% molybdenum, and 7% nickel alloy resulting in excellent resistance to chloride pitting and crevice corrosion attack. The duplex structure provides 2507 with exceptional resistance to pitting and chloride stress corrosion cracking.
It can also be used for pressure control of surface safety valves and other surface valves, and various connection tubelines of large-scale equipment instrumentation control systems for oil and gas field drilling and oil production.
