This type of HDMI AOC cable with armoured protection is used without external power supply. Plug in and play. 100Meter length could have all HDMI features like ARC, HDR. Max could be 200meter optional without HDR function.

9. Before cable'installation,twist the front and rear cover,distinguish the Source end and Display end of the internal connector
