Minimalism style decorative lamianted glass is comprised of low iron or float glass(tempered) laminated with polymer mesh fabric. On polymer mesh fabric, a very thin nano thick metal layer is desposited and the thin nano metal layer is high metal glossness and meanwhile it is antioxidant and featherlight. Compared with metal mesh fabric, it is very light and no oxidation. In modern minimalism furniture application such as glass door, it needs the door as lightweight as possible and meanwhile, the metal glossness can be achieved, in this specification application, metal coated polymer mesh fabric glass or PC door is especially an idea material for this application fied.

Internal Test: We have tested SGP glass laminate with metalspurc fabric according to the following standard:

Bacstone galss is made of two low iron glass panels with1- 2mm thick natural stone central layer, laminated by GS interlayer. Natural light can pass through bacstone glass panel as the central natural stone layer is as thin as 1-2mm.

Metalspurc glass is made of two low iron glass panels with metalspurc metal coated polymer mesh fabric which has metal-coated coating on polymer mesh fabric. Metalspurc glass has very high metal glossness and featherlight weight, different privacy level can be available with transmittance light between 25-60%. Various metal coating and customised color can be available.

Both Bacstone glass and Metalspurc glass have passed the following tests:

1. Two hour Boiling Test

2. Pummel Test

3. -40 Celcius Degree 360 hours

4. 85 Celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours

5. 150 Celcius degree baking 2 hours

6. 85 Celcius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celc<spanyes&#180;;font-size:20.05pt;font-family:times new="" roman;color:rgb(0,0,0);font-weight:bold;"="" style="box-sizing: border-box; padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">ius degree 2 hours, total 10 circles.
