Our factory's honed tube is produced by honing process or skiving & roller burnishing process, using “Suitable To Hone” Cold Drawn Seamless Tubes. The type of the processing is determined by the size, available mold and the request of the customer.

Younglee’s Honed tubes mostly is made of carbon steel grades such as SAE 1020, and SAE 1026 and ST52.3. And we can make stainless steel honed tubes on customers' request also.

Inside diameter 32mm to 600mm;

The Length of our hycraulic cylinder tubes mostly is in 5-8 meters, and the max length we can produce is 12000 mm.
