Our strong and reliable PVC materials combine the following features –

All our inflatable boats use 0.9mm or1.2mm , 1100 denier polyester fabric that has been specially coated on both sides with PVC. It is proven to be immensely strong, tear resistant and waterproof. This provides a boat that is virtually unaffected by weather (excesses of heat, cold or humidity), fuel, oil, strong sunlight and everyday abrasion.

The chemical formula that is used to make the outside PVC layer gives the following tolerances & qualities:

• Abrasion resistance and airtight properties: 200*170 N/5cm +20

• Temperature resistance: -30 to +70 centigrade

• Chemical resistance: hydrocarbon, sunlight, seawater, oil and fuel

• Dimensional stability: 1% (24 hrs, 70 centigrade)

• Tensile and tear strength: 3800*3550 (+250)
