Full Rockwell Scales Digital Hardness Tester HRSA-150S with Touch Screen Mini Printer
Technical Data Download: iqualitrol Rockwell Tester HRSA-150S
Brief Introduction:
This iqualitrol HRSA-150S Rockwell hardness tester can be used to
test hard metals and alloys, non-ferrous metals, alloy steel, tool
steel, quenched steel, thin plates, stainless steel, cast iron,
powder metallurgy, copper and copper alloys, aluminum and aluminum
alloys, hard plastics, etc.
iqualitrol HRSA-150S adopts a high-definition 8-inch touch screen,
which is highly integrated with light, electricity and machinery.
It is equipped with five indenters required for Rockwell hardness,
which can realize the measurement of all Rockwell scales. This
hardness tester uses precision steppers motor automatically loads,
dwell and unloads the test force.
The measured hardness value is automatically calculated by the
local software system and displayed on the display. A data curve
can also be automatically generated for each set of test data.
iqualitrol HRSA-150S also equips with a built-in printer, RS232
interface, network port and USB interface, which greatly
facilitates user operations such as printing and exporting test
data.
The touch screen human-computer interaction interface has a simple
and beautiful layout, and the icons are concise and easy to
understand. The required test parameters such as indenter, test
force, test force holding time, etc. can be quickly set, making the
machine have good reliability, operability and repeatability. It is
an ideal product for users to conduct Rockwell hardness testing.

Advantages:
1. Set the hardness test range: Set the upper and lower limits of
the test according to the workpiece hardness compliance
requirements. The test results can more intuitively determine
whether the workpiece hardness is qualified (black hardness values
are displayed as qualified, red hardness values are displayed as
unqualified)
2. Loading process time monitoring: When the test workpiece is not
placed or the start button is accidentally touched, empty loading
times out and automatically stops loading to protect the equipment
from damage.
3. Initial test force progress indicator bar: During manual
operation, when the workpiece contacts the indenter, the screen
immediately displays the initial test force progress bar, which can
avoid excessive application of the initial test force and produce
test errors.
4. Three hardness conversion standards: There are three built-in
hardness conversion standards, namely: national standard, European
standard, and American standard. Select the required conversion
standard and scale, and the converted hardness value and test
results will be displayed at the same time.
5. Multi-point test data analysis: The test interface displays
multi-point test analysis results in real time, such as the number
of tests, the highest and lowest values of this group of tests, the
average value and the standard deviation, which can make the
hardness test more accurate and test more efficient.
6. Multi-point test line chart: The test interface displays
multi-point test polylines in real time, and the hardness range can
be set to facilitate the judgment of the hardness exceeding the
limit point; during multi-point testing without setting upper and
lower limits, the ordinate automatically adjusts the value. Make
polyline dynamics clearer.
7. The hardness tester can be connected to the Internet: The
hardness tester can be connected to the cloud server through
Ethernet to realize remote sharing of hardness test data. It can be
used for historical data tracing, timely discovery of hardness
defects, and correction of production and manufacturing processes.
8. Real-time and historical data upload: Test data can be uploaded
to a mobile phone via Bluetooth or to a computer via a network
cable. The uploaded data can be uploaded at each test point or at
each test group.
9. Test data printing: The test data can be printed through the
built-in printer or Bluetooth printer, or it can be imported into
the computer and printed through the computer connected to the
printer.
