Features:
Solid tantalum chip capacitors are designed and manufactured with
the demanding requirements of surface mount technology in mind.
There areP, A, B, C, D, E, six case available. Chip tantalum
capacitors have lower ESR comparing with the dipped tantalum
capacitors. This product is compatible with automatic pick and
place equipment. Suitable for military equipment and computer
mobile phone and other electronic products. It meets the
requirements of EIA 535BAAC and QC300801 Q/YHC 45-01 standard.
General Characteristics:
1) Operating temperature: -55~ +125 C (above 85, use dreaded
voltage).
2) Capacitance Tolerance: ± 20%, ± 10%.
3) Capacitance Range: 0.1μF~330μF.
4) Voltage Rating: 4V~50V.
5) DC leakage current(20): I0 ≤ 0.01CRUR or 0.5μA (whichever is
greater ).
6) Dissipation factor (20): See table 1.
7) Temperature performance: See table 1.
8) Climatic category: 55/125/21.
9) Life test: 2000 hours.
10) Reliability: 2% per 1000h at 85 with 0.1Ω/V series impedance
