Snow Cone Machine

Flexible and diverse, different winding system can produce a variety of products.

One motor can drive the whole machine, can make the oven, the winding machine

system, the feed pump under the high precision belt drive synchronous work.

The Ferris wheel system shortens the distance from the baking template to the rolling

mold and reduces the amount of sugar and oil.

Rotary disc joint cup system, a new cup system, with equipment, and roll mold return

cup running at the same level.

Cone Ejection System.

Easy to use and maintain. Flexible cone ejector device with springs allows cone

diameter within 2mm difference to be ejected, no matter flat-top or natural rimmed

cone.

Star-Reel system

Wafer takes shorter path from baking plates to rolling molds. Use of sugar and oil can

be reduced.

Cone length control devices

Control the length,diameter,size of sugar cone and perfect flat topped.

Sychronized Rotary Cone Transferring System

Same horizontal movement with the rolling reel during cone ejection to ensure perfect

cone transfer.

‘Heart to heart’ rotation device

Place natural rimmed cone into the same position before packing.

Durable Baking Plates.

Material is nodular cast iron. It is stable and durable. Still good in our factory after
10 years use. Plates are designed and patented in a way to maximize heat absorption.

Gas system.

Imported Gas System parts, various choice, the touch screen panel can control the

fire volume directly.
