Electro-magnetic Interlock Interlock Smart Pass Through Cabinet For Industry

Pass Through Cabinets are designed to be mounted in the wall of the cleanroom. These units enable

finished drug solutions, parts, tools and other work items to be passed to the cleanroom or pharmacy

preparation room. It acts as an air lock device preventing ambient air from entering, or clean air from

exiting the cleanroom. The electric interlock prevents both doors from being opened at the same time,

thus preventing airborne contaminates from entering the room or pressure loss within the cleanroom.

Mechanical Interlocks are also available.

Standard construction is Power coated steel. Corrosive Resistant Polypropylene, Epoxy Painted Steel, 304 or 316L Stainless Steel units are also available.

Application

It mainly applied to the goods transimission between the clean and non-clean areas, preventing the outside dust particles from coming into the clean area due to air circulation.

The possible pollution to clean room can be minimized, so the cleanliness of the clean room can be maintained.
