Installation Precautions for Vibration Test Bench LHF500/220-2 Rubber Airbag
1. Check before installation
Integrity of the airbag: Check whether the rubber airbag has
cracks, wear or aging signs, and ensure that there is no
transportation damage.
Model matching: Confirm that the airbag specifications (such as
LHF500/220-2) are completely consistent with the requirements of
the vibration table.
Complete accessories: Check whether the accessories such as bolts,
gaskets, and seals are complete and undamaged.
2. Installation environment requirements
Cleanliness: The installation area must be clean to avoid dust, oil
or sharp objects scratching the tire.
Temperature: It is recommended to install at room temperature
(30°C~40°C). Extreme temperatures may affect the flexibility of the
rubber.
3. Notes on installation steps
Alignment and positioning: Ensure the alignment of the airbag with
the vibration table and the base to avoid abnormal vibration or
wear caused by eccentric loads.
Tightening torque: Tighten the bolts evenly according to the torque
required by the manufacturer to avoid over-tightening (damage to
the airbag) or over-loosening (leakage or displacement).
Air pressure adjustment: Confirm the rated air pressure range
before inflation, use a pressure gauge for precise control, and
prohibit overpressure or underpressure.
Sealing test: Inflate to the working pressure after installation, and let it stand for 30 minutes to check for leaks (you can apply soapy water for detection).
4. Safety and debugging
Protective measures: Wear gloves during installation to avoid
contact between rubber and grease or corrosive chemicals.
Initial test: Start the vibration table at low speed without load
to observe whether the air tire is evenly expanded and whether
there is abnormal shaking or abnormal noise.
Load test: Gradually increase the load to the rated value to
monitor the deformation and vibration stability of the air tire.
5. Maintenance tips
Regular inspection: Recheck the bolt tightness and air pressure
within 24 hours after operation, and perform routine inspections
every month thereafter.
-Life monitoring: The general service life of rubber air tires is 3 to 5 years (depending on the frequency of use), and they should be replaced in time after aging.
Common mistakes to avoid
- × Use tools to directly hit the air tire.
- × Ignore the compensation for changes in air pressure with
temperature (high temperature requires pressure relief, and low
temperature requires pressure replenishment).
- × Mixing new and used pneumatic tires or accessories from
different brands.
