Industrial Air Spring Application-Scissor Lift
(1) Load adaptability
Dynamic stiffness adjustment: The air spring can flexibly change
the stiffness by adjusting the internal air pressure to adapt to
different loads (such as heavy object handling or empty state),
ensuring that the lifting platform remains balanced under different
working conditions.
Automatic leveling: During the extension and retraction of the scissor arm, the air spring can compensate for the platform tilt caused by load change or center of gravity shift in real time, improving operation safety.
(2) Shock absorption and buffering
Vibration absorption: The elastic characteristics of the air spring
can effectively absorb mechanical shock during the lifting process
(such as start/stop vibration, shaking caused by uneven ground),
protecting precision equipment or sensitive goods.
Operation comfort: Reduce the vibration transmitted to the operator, especially in frequent lifting scenarios (such as production lines, logistics sorting), and improve the comfort of long-term operation.
(3) Simplified structure and maintenance
Replacement of complex hydraulic systems: Some scissor lifts use
air springs instead of traditional hydraulic cylinders to reduce
the risk of oil leakage and reduce maintenance costs.
Modular design: The air spring is easy to install and replace, and supports modular upgrades of the scissor structure to shorten downtime.
