Air Spring
Air springs are rubber and fabric air cells that maintain air
pressure to support loads and isolate passengers and cargo from the
impact of movement caused by road irregularities.
As the air pressure increases, the air spring can carry more loads while the spring rate increases. The larger the air spring, the greater the maximum load it can support.
Industrial Air Springs
Industrial air springs are widely used in papermaking machinery,
vehicle testing equipment, mechanical fixtures, vibration tables,
etc. Effectively improve the working efficiency, safety and service
life of the equipment. In these fields, products play an important
role in shock absorption, lifting, support and so on. Help
customers save manufacturing costs and win more economic profits.
1. The product has the characteristics of low cost, wide
application and simple operation.
2. Long service life, no need for maintenance and lubrication.
3. This product is flexible in expansion and contraction, strong in
carrying capacity, convenient in design and simple in structure.
4. No friction medium, soft medium.
Important Information about Installing Air Springs!
For your safety and to prevent possible damage to your vehicle, do
not exceed the maximum load recommended by the vehicle manufacturer
(GVWR). Although your Air Helper springs are rated for a maximum
inflation pressure of 100psi, this pressure may put you under too
much load on some vehicles. It is best to have your vehicle weighed
once it is fully loaded and compare that weight to the maximum
allowed. Check your owner's manual or the maximum load plate listed
on the driver's side door for your vehicle. When inflating the air
assist spring, increase the air pressure by a small amount,
checking the pressure inflation frequently during the process. Air
springs require much less air than tires and therefore inflate more
quickly.
