What is the role of the air spring in industrial equipment?

Air spring is a kind of accessories that can support, buffer, adjust height and angle.

The end structures of the existing convoluted air springs can be divided into three types according to the connection method:

1. For the fixed flange connection type, the edge size of both ends of the air spring is equal to or smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the curved bag. After drilling a few holes, use the flange ring and the end plate to fasten the connection;

2. Looper flange connection type, the edge size of both ends of the air spring is smaller than the maximum outer diameter of the curved bag, no drilling is required, and a special flange ring and a common end plate are used to fasten the connection;

3. Self-sealing type, without flange connection, press into the end plate, and fill with compressed air to seal itself.
