Applicable standards: The test device meets the requirements of UL1581-2001.

Test box

5, inside the box to do anti-corrosion and spray treatment: color is black, illumination ≤ 20Lx;

6, test box specifications: W2000 * D1300 * H2000 (mm), the volume of ≥ 4.2m3;

Control System

There are two control modes to choose from:

1, touch screen + PLC control: for fire time, extended flame time, the number of tests can be set

and recorded in the touch screen. With high intelligence, guided menu operation, simple and

intuitive features, the test results more accurate.

2, controlled by the SCM system: for fire time, flame duration, the number of tests using the

traditional time relay and counter control, to ensure accurate test.

High precision optical control system

Unique single-chip brightness self-calibration flame control system, can correct the intensity of the

external light source and monitor the flame situation, can automatically and automatically record

the extension of combustion time and determine the flame burning accident circumstances, but

the gas is still released from the explosion caused by the possibility of , No need to manually start

the relevant device manually to reduce test error.

Temperature measurement system

1, the temperature sensor measurement part in line with ASTM D 5207-03 standard;

2, the original imported stainless steel jacket Φ0.5mm * 500mm K-type thermoelectric lotus, the

maximum long-term working temperature up to 1100 ℃;

3, intelligent PID temperature control table shows the current temperature value, the power part of

the switch by the independent.

Test device

1, test stent: SUB304 stainless steel production, sub-level bracket and vertical support, in line

with standards;

2, the test fixture: spiral fast chuck or spring compression self-tight chuck;

3, Methane burner: meet the requirements of ASTM D 5025-2005, the standard power: vertical

spray for the 500W, horizontal spray for the 225W, torch gas outlet diameter: 0.90 ± 0.03mm,

thickness: 1.60 ± 0.05mm, Spray tube diameter: 9.5 ± 0.3, the length: 100 ± 10mm; torch angle

(the angle between the flame tube axis and the sample): 90 degrees horizontal sprayer, vertical

torch for 20 degrees;

Judgment of test results

1, whether the extended flame time exceeds the system set time;

2, the box at the bottom of the bedding for the cotton is ignited;

3, the upper part of the sample Kraft paper flag flag burning area is greater than 25% or more;
