● Overview:

This device is applicable to the air performance test of the free air intake type (B type) ventilation

fan and the range hood. Its performance accords with national standard GB / T 17713-2011

"Range Hood" and GB / T 14806 "Household and similar use Exchange ventilation fan and its

governor "requirement. This device is equivalent to the air performance test of the free-breathing

(Type B) ventilators in IEC 60665 "AC Ventilators and Their Governors for Household and Similar

Purposes" of the International Electrotechnical Commission.

● Test principle:

By measuring the gas flow through the orifice plate after the static pressure reducing cylinder,

converted to air volume. In the experiment, the air pressure was measured by changing the

diameter of the orifice plate, and the air performance curve of the hood or the fan was obtained

through the computer data processing.

● Test the project

The maximum static pressure (zero air volume static pressure value), the maximum air volume

(zero static pressure air volume value), the provisions of the air volume static pressure, the

provisions of the air flow when the main motor input power, the provisions of the air volume of the

total pressure efficiency η% .
