The 150-F251NBD module is a soft starter motor controller manufactured by the AB division of Rockwell Automation. This module comes from the SMC-Flex series of terminals by AB and operates on a coil input voltage of 100 to 240 Volts AC, along with an average current rating of 251 Amps. This module gives out a contact rating of 75 to 250 kW, at around 50 Hertz. Additionally, this part has a programmable contact configuration of 1 normally open contact and 1 normally closed contact. The 150-F251NBD is a 3-phase type of module that has a voltage range of 200 to 480 Volts AC. This motor controller also provides an output of around 75 Horsepower.

The 150-F251NBD contains a built-in electronic motor overload protection feature and an SCR bypass/run contactor. This part also has ground fault detection capabilities which allow the users to enable either the ground fault trip or the ground fault alarm, or both. However, for the ground fault detection to be successful, an external sensor should also be used with the 150-F251NBD controller.
