Brief Introduction:

ZP420 series rotary tablet press is a new type of tablet press machine recently developed by our company. It has novel appearance, reasonable structure, convenient operation, stable running, safe & reliable electrical protection functions, and it meets the latest GMP requirement. It is an ideal model choice for upgrading instead of old ones.

Application:

This machine is a double-press type continuous automatic tablet press machine for pressing granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemistry, foodstuff, electronic industries and suitable for pressing a variety of tablets, such as: medicine tablets, candy tablets, calcium tablets, camphor pills, slat tablets and powder metallurgy products.

Feature:

1. Double press type with high productivity, suitable for mass production of tablets.
2. HMI operation interface is rich and friendly which can display real-time working pressure, rotating speed, output counter, real-time position of main pressure wheel &filling track, etc.
3. Made of stainless steel, the housing is fully closed. The surface of the rotary turret is covered with a hardened layer so that the turret surface is wear resistant.
4. Adopt transparent windows, tableting state can be observed clearly. The windows can be opened, cleaning and maintenance is easy.
5. The machine is equipped with pressure sensor, which can display the working pressure in real time and the machine can stop automatically in case of overpressure.
6. Speed adjustable, operation simple and running reliable.
7. Adopt automatic lubrication system which can fully lubricate the pressure wheels, tracks and punches, so as to extend the machine service life.
