Full Size Pallet Display Quick Details:

1. Materials: corrugated cardboard paper , carton paper
2. Specifications: single wall (3 layers) , 200# / 32ECT cardboard paper
3. Configuration of material: the illustrating picture of material is shown below to for reference
4. Other substrate / material options: honeycomb paper, formex, artboard paper , acrylic, MDF etc.
5. For heavy duty products: to be hold in display, double wall fluted cardboard paper is applied, EE, EB etc.

1. Display structure design: 3D sketch of structure and dimensions provided by Popdisplay Pro based on client's requirements
2. Support strength: 8.7 kgs per tray; 43.5 kgs per pallet
3. Artwork / graphic design: with client's approval for structure and strength, die lines are supplied for designing artwork / graphics by client. AI or PDF format files are preferred, text fonts should be outlined, all the related design elements must be sent.
4. Packing details:
