Heating: The preform (PET preform) is uniformly heated in a heating furnace to a temperature suitable for blowing.

Transfer: the heated bottle blank is sent to the bottle blowing mould.

Stretching blow molding: the die is closed, the stretching rod extends downward,

and the high pressure gas is injected into the bottle blank to make it cling to the inner wall of the die and form a bottle.

Cooling sizing: After the bottle is cooled in the mould, take out the mould.
