Overview

E-link's EPD Outlet Metered Switched PDU with automatic transfer switching is the perfect solution for critical network installations that require remote power control and power supply redundancy on 85-265 AC equipment. E-link 's EPD series metered PDUs help you keep track of conditions at your data center, and can automatically notify you before things get out of hand. The EPD also allows you to automatically reboot outlets when attached devices cease to respond, disable outlets to reduce current consumption or switch on cooling devices to lower rack temperatures.

A comprehensive selection of monitoring features is also included; event alarms, outlet-specific metering, SNMP polling and other alarm functions help you to keep tabs on vital network elements, avoid costly service calls and maximize up time.

Features

• Use imported 32-bit ARM microprocessor (CPU) control and software programming technology for advanced embedded operating system;
• Use professional electric metering chip and high-precision, low-temperature drift, fully isolated sampling circuit to accurately collect branch voltage and current, and perform accurate calculation of active power and active energy through advanced software algorithm programs;
• Use internal precision temperature sensor to compensate and correct power data collection;
• Use special control drive circuit and high-reliability relay (branch 16Amax / 250Vac) to realize branch on / off operation, and equipped with relay protection circuit to ensure long-term reliable operation;
• Use 85 ~ 265Vac global applicable working power technology, achieved level 5 energy efficiency management, the output uses expensive solid capacitors to provide stable operating environment for the main control system;
• Provides two kinds of communication ports: Ethernet uplink communication port (optional for uplink and downlink) and isolated RS485 communication port. It adopts standard MODBUS-RTU specification protocol to facilitate user networking;
• Use 1.3-inch OLED screen with clear display;
• Built-in alarm buzzer;
• Built-in clock system and backup power supply;
• Built-in EEPROM memory, convenient for local storage of running data and setting data;
• The product provides a temperature and humidity sensor port, choose our temperature and humidity sensor, connect the product directly and read the temperature and humidity data;
• Provides data threshold settings and alarm functions for under-voltage, over-voltage, over-current, overload, low temperature, high temperature, low humidity, high humidity, etc.
• Provide local manual parameter setting and remote parameter setting;
• Some product has a built-in standard or intelligent D-level power lightning protection module, of which the intelligent lightning protection module provides degradation signal and lightning strike counting functions;
