Description:
Water wall is the main heating part of the boiler, which is
composed of several rows of steel tubes, distributed around the
furnace of the boiler.As the main heating part of the boiler, there are flowing water or
steam inside it and the outside is mainly used to absorb the heat
in the furnace. It mainly absorbs the radiation heat of the high temperature
combustion products in the furnace, and the working medium makes
upward movement and evaporates by heat.
Water wall panels are used in Waste Heat recovery boilers. We manufacture Water wall panels. These are fabricated out of carbon steel tubes to customers' drawings and specifications. Special care is taken for ovality and thinning at the bent portion, during fabrication.
