RYP240128A is a LCD display module with resolution of 240x128 pixels, the module dimension 144.0×104.0 mm. RYP240128A utilizes IC RA6963 supporting 8080 interface. RYP240128A has 22 pins. The LED is driven by pin 19/20. The module has a PCB with screw holes and peripheral circuit for easy mounting and usage. Logic voltage is 5V (optional: negative voltage), driving method is 1/128 duty. Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃. In RYP240128A series, there are different backlight options available such as yellow-green and white. As for the type of polarizer, customers may choose either transflective or transmissive type.
