This 8x2 LCD display module is powered by voltage 5V or negative voltage 3V. Backlight is optional, you can choose module with backlight or without it. This 8x2 character monochrome LCD display has built-in IC AIP31066 offering a selection of fonts, including English/Japanese, Western European, Eastern European, Scandinavian European, Cyrillic (Russian), and Hebrew/Arabic, etc. Default interface of RYP0802B-Y 8x2 LCD display is 6800; if you require interface such as SPI or I2C, they’re also available, but the IC will be replaced with RW1063.
