• Light weight - Hexcore-Board® is remarkably lightweight and of low density due to its honeycomb structure. For example, a truck- body made of Hexcore-Board will greatly improve your payload ratio.
• High strength - Excellent impact resistance, it can resist common physical stress.
• Easy assembly - Panels can easily be joined by screws, bolts, riveting, or gluing and plastic-welding.
• Waterproof and moisture proof - It is a special property of Hexcore-Board®. The material is impervious, resistant to water and is not hygroscopic when the surface is damaged.
• Resistant to ambient temperatures - Hexcore-Board® can be put to use in a temperature range of –40° to +60° Celsius.
• Excellent chemical resistance - Hexcore-Board offers high resistance against oils, salt-water and common chemicals.
