Polyurethane class F / H self bonding super tension magnet copper
wire
Enameled copper wire produced by existing technology is generally
coated with a layer of liquid or solid lubricant on its insulation.
As friction coefficient on the surface is high, which is not
suitable for high-speed automatic winding. For winding winded with
this enameled copper wire, its external lubricant can be easily
volatilized by heat during operation. When it stops working, the
lubricant cools and condenses and transmits to relay contact
points, resulting in disturbance of signal and shortened life for
relay caused by malfunction of conduction.
