Product Details
0.35mm Alcohol / Solvent Self Bonding Enameled Copper Wire
Bondable magnet wire, also referred to as self-bonding magnet wire,
is film insulated wire top-coated with a thermoplastic adhesive.
When activated, the thermoplastic bonds turn to turn windings to
produce self-supporting coils or coils of unusual or difficult
configuration. Use of bondable magnet wire may offer advantages
over conventional magnet wire in certain winding applications,
eliminating the need for bobbins as well as taping or varnishing
steps. Activation of the bondcoat may be achieved with either heat,
or in some cases solvent, or a combination of the two. Although
bondcoats may be added to any conventional film, consideration
should be given to the resoftening temperature of the adhesive in
that it may not withstand the operating temperature of higher rated
primary insulations.

Company Profile
RUIYUAN was established in 2002, located in Tianjin City, the second
largest port city in China. We have been focusing on different kinds
of high quality wires: enameled round copper wire, rectangular
enameled copper triple insulated wire, silk covered Litz wire,
bonding wire and special enameled wire for 21 years.Ruiyuan is one
of the pioneers in producing micro thin enameled wires below 0.03mm
in China. Our R & D team has 20 years of market experience. In
2019, our finest diameter is 0.011mm, and mass production has been
achieved. All of our products are UL, RoHS certified, in line with
industry standards IEC60317, JIS C 3202, NEMA, NW82.
