Working Method: 3D embossment engraving, 2D engraing and Cutting, Bottom Milling.

3. XYZ three axis are with Hiwin Linear square guide rail and block. Ballscrews transmission for all axis. Durable running with Higher accuracy.

4. Large Power 2.2kw water cooling spindle which is applicable not only for cooper plate, aluminum plate, iron plate engraving but also for wood working. It can cut 20-30mm thickness acrylic by one time cutting. The fine engraving is more smoothy and clear by large power spindle.

5. Dust-Proof desgin for XZ-axis, protect the guide rail and gears pinon racks from the Dust&Dirt, help to ensure machien working performance.

6. DSP offline control system with USB interface which is completely off from Computer. More Humanized desgin with Simple and Convenient Handle type operation.With pre-calculation rule, fully excavating potentialities of motors. Enable high processing speed, synchronization of Curve and straight line, more perfect curve working and Spindle startup and stop automatically.

7. Rationalized placement of the electronic parts. Optimized heat dissipation effect. Adpot high quality electornic parts, minimizig fault rate, Adopt high flexiable cable and imported electronic parts, electrical design of whole machine is complied with the CE standard.

8. With the fuction of Break-point memory, power failure resuming and automatic home/origin correction function. The Working can be resumed afer unexpected situations or next day.effectively ensure long time working precision.

9. Working Pause, Speed adjust, Working depth adjust at any time while working. Preview the 2D&3D working result With simulation fucntion. Variable Speed is suitable for varisou materials and industry.

10. Favorable compatibility with various Cam softwares such as Type3/Artcam/Mastercam/Caxa. With intelligent over limit protection fucntion which can stop the mechanical collision due to unproper size given to the design.
