Description of the Gravimetric Dosing Mixers

RS-TGB series gravimetric blenders adopt a new generation of single-chip microprocessor, more powerful , faster operation speed , stronger anti-interference ability of single-chip microprocessor ,with automatic compensation function , when turn on the unit it could automatically calibrated to ensure precision accuracy .

gravimetric blenders series can be used in the fields of injection molding machine, blow molding machines and extrusion lines of proportionally precise mixing of several types of material.

Features of the Gravimetric Dosing Mixers

1, adopt a new generation of single-chip microprocessor, more powerful, faster operation speed, stronger anti-interference ability.

2, Memory block using EEPROM, the setting data will not be lost when power is off, no battery;

3,Using the HMI status display, touch keyboard data entry , the operation more convenient and can save a lot of recipe data ( 500 groups )

4,High speed and high precision AD grab weight more rapid and stable;

5,All of the material through the gravimetric blenders after uniform mixing, can strictly control precision;

6,To choose a weight data and the selection of raw materials for verification, ensure the precision and accuracy of mixing;

7,Can be installed directly on the molding equipment, but it should be optional adapter base

8,The aircraft used for ground installation, with optional cut-off valve with pneumatic , tripod, storage tank and suction box combination .

Specification of the Weighing Type Mixer,

Note, 1, proportion error is the D-value from set data to actual proportion

2, Knife metering is suitable for proportion above 5%, the error can below ±0.3%.

3, Screw or micro quantity metering is suitable for 0.5% to 5% proportion, the error can be below ±0.1%

4, The result above is got from test with granule of 3-4mm diameter, aggregation degree 0.8,

5,continuous running
