The mini pleated HEPA filter is one of our products, we use folding machine to fold the glass fiber material into mini pleated pack, and then install the mini pleated pack into the aluminum frame slot. Between the aluminum slot with the HEPA filter pack, there are some polyurethane glue, the main function is to connect aluminum frame with HEPA filter pack and keep it air tight, no leakages.

The mini pleated pack is held by hot-melt glue, the glue in two side of the glass fiber material. At hot temperature, the glue is liquid and when temp get down, the glue condensed. The condensed glue keep glass fiber material into special shape.

After we finish a HEPA filter, the most important process coming, it`s efficiency and leakage test. Every HEPA filters must be tested, we use DOP tester to check if there are leakages, and laser particle counter to calculate efficiency.

We must test the HEPA filters, if the HEPA filters was not perfect, that may brings bad effluence to the cleanroom.
