Fan powered terminal filter module consist of centrifugal fan, HEPA filter, housing, pre filter, controller, cable and so on.

The fan powered terminal filter mainly used in cleanroom of pharmaceutical, food processing, LED, micron electronics, laboratory and so on.

• Centrifugal fan: AC/DC centrifugal fan, made by EBM;
• HEPA filter: HV glass fiber efficiency H13, H14 and so on;
• Housing: stainless steel 304, 201; aluminum coated zinc plate, painted steel;
• Pre filter: nylon mesh pre filter or pleated G4 filter;
• Controller: group control by computer or infinity controller;
• Cable: 2-3m length;
