Flange Type High Temperature HEPA Filter for Chemical Industries

There are three construction design for high temperature HEPA filter

• Single flange type;
• Double flange type;
• Box type;

Flange type is stronger than box type, we recommend double flange type.

The high temperature HEPA filter can be used in chemical industries such as formaldehyde manufacturer, the high temperature HCHO gases should be filtered; Same principle for other chemical industries. The sealant is strict for chemical application because the sealant must be high temperature chemical stable, and there is no chemical reaction between the sealant with other chemical elements;

Frame: stainless steel 201 or 304;

Double side metal mesh protect the filter media;

Construction: flange type;

Sealant: chemical stable red silicone glue;

Gasket: silicone bar;

Filter media: glass fiber

temp: 250 ℃ or 350 ℃;
