Variable pressure vacuum drying equipment




The variable pressure vacuum drying equipment is developed by our company based on the principle of variable pressure drying proposed by German experts, and combined with our company's experience in the design and manufacturing of vacuum drying equipment. This equipment is mainly used for drying the body of oil immersed transformers and transformers, reducing the drying time by about 30-45% compared to conventional vacuum drying. It is a reliable, efficient and energy-saving process equipment.


1, The main purpose of the equipment

This equipment is used for the drying treatment of transformers or other electrical products with a voltage level of 35KV and below, and a single unit capacity of 16000KVA and below. Party B guarantees the process and quality requirements of the product treatment, and provides process treatment plans and related control procedures for two voltage levels of 35KV and 10KV.


2, Main technical characteristics of the equipment

1) Having a reasonable vacuum system design, sufficient condensate is discharged from the condenser to effectively avoid contamination of the vacuum pump by moisture during the drying process.

2) During the heating process, according to different body temperatures, multiple automatic pressure alternations are carried out to periodically reduce the pressure inside the vacuum tank to a certain value, creating the most suitable conditions for the evaporation of water in the insulation of the body, and keeping the evaporation process of water in the drying process in a reasonable state.

3 )The drying treatment effect of the equipment on transformer products is good, and compared with traditional hot air drying equipment, it saves more than 30% energy.

4 ) The equipment has been adjusted through the variable pressure drying process, which can effectively solve the problem of rust formation in the iron core during the drying process.

5 )The automation level of the equipment and the level of product processing technology can both reach the advanced level in China, and the quality of the processed products can reach the level of first-class products in the industry

2. Equipment power, water, gas source, and basic conditions requirements (provided by the user)

2.1. Rated power: 110kW, 380V, 50Hz, three-phase five wire dedicated distribution cabinet, with power connected to the electrical control cabinet.

2.2. Water source: Pressure>0.1MPa, maximum consumption>3m3/h, water temperature ≤ 25 ℃.

2.3. Compressed air: 0.4~0.6MPa, with a compressed air consumption of approximately 0.3m3/min.

2.4. Equipment footprint: approximately 7000 × 8500mm.

3. Technical conditions of each system

3.1. One set of vacuum drying tank system

Technical indicators:

Tank size Ф 3200× 4000mm, horizontally placed on the ground, with the track inside the tank flush with the ground. The side moving electric door is opened, and when the tank door is closed in place, it is pneumatically locked; The direction of opening the door is to face the tank door and move it electrically to the right side to open.

Extreme vacuum degree (no-load, cold state) ≤ 10Pa, leakage rate (no-load, cold state) ≤ 100Pa · L/S.The tank is heated by a row of Negage pipes. The heat transfer oil is used as the heat transfer medium. The area of the heated row pipes meets the process requirements of the variable pressure method. The heated row pipes are made of seamless steel pipes and arranged on four sides (both sides, bottom and back).

The working temperature is 115 ± 5 ℃, with automatic temperature control. The tank is equipped with three temperature sensors to measure the temperature of the space inside the tank, the temperature of the body, and the insulation material.

The flange sealing ring of the tank body is a high-temperature and oil-resistant sealing ring.

The tank is equipped with a work trolley, with a load capacity of 30T and a size of 2200mmX4000mm.

3.4. One set of vacuum system (three sets)

3.4.1. The vacuum system is configured with SV-300B+SV-300B (Leybold pump)/ZJP-600, with a total of three vacuum pumps and a maximum pumping speed of 600L/S. The vacuum system (including pumps and valves) operates sequentially and automatically.

3.4.2. The system is equipped with a highly reliable vacuum transformer valve group, electromagnetic vacuum relief valve, manual relief valve, vacuum sensor, vacuum pipeline, and corresponding accessories. The variable pressure valve group includes DN100 pneumatic valve, DN50 electric valve, and thin film vacuum sensor (a key component of the variable pressure process).

3.4.3. The gas extracted from the tank is cooled and dehydrated by the condenser

3.5. One set of low-temperature condensation system

3.5.1. One new horizontal structure condenser, which can quickly and effectively condense gas and moisture from the tank, and has an automatic drainage device that does not damage the vacuum.

3.5.2. The effective condensation area of the condenser meets the process requirements, and the internal material is made of stainless steel pipes.

3.5.3. Configure one set of 4P integrated low-temperature water chiller to provide low-temperature water below 10 ℃, ensuring good condensation effect of the condenser

3.6 Heating system

3.6.1. Heating center heating, heating power 74kW (heating body 72KW, high-temperature oil pump 2KW). As a heat transfer medium, the system consists of a heating body, a high-temperature oil delivery pump, a filter, a temperature sensor, a high-temperature valve, a pressure gauge, an expansion tank, etc.

3.6.2. Automatic control of heating center, over temperature alarm, maximum heating temperature of 130 ℃, temperature control accuracy of ± 5 ℃


3.7 Measurement and Control System (Touch Screen)

3.7.1. Integrated fully enclosed electrical control cabinet with full system touch screen control, convenient for observing and controlling the working status.

3.72 The Mnemonic major system of the whole set of equipment is automatic control, temperature control, and the vacuum pump startup has interlocking protection function.

3.7.3. The temperature digital display of each point in the tank is intuitive and reliable.

3.7.4. Vacuum measurement uses resistance vacuum gauges and vacuum sensors.

3.7.5. The main process operating system is implemented by Mitsubishi.

3.7.6 End point judgment: Based on the partial pressure of water vapor in the tank, the end point judgment is automatically performed for the entire process according to the requirements of the variable pressure method.

3.8 Cooling water system

3.8.1. It is used to provide cooling water to the vacuum condenser and vacuum pump, consisting of an electric contact pressure gauge, valve, and pipeline.

3.8.2 If the cooling water pressure is insufficient, an alarm will be issued.

3.8.3. The inlet and outlet water of this system is connected to the public circulating water system of Party A on site

4.0 Other technical requirements
