III. 机组简要描述Brief introduction of the line
1.简易放料架Simple de-coiler
◆采用开卷装置手动涨缩,确保φ508的钢卷内径.It adopts the de-coiling device to expand and shrink manually which can ensure the 508mm coil inner diameter.
◆设有制动装置,控制开卷张力,避免因为惯性致使钢卷弹簧状散开.It is equipped with the brake devices to control the tension of de-coiling and avoid inertia which may cause the coils spring-shaped open.
◆ 开卷通过两辊装置动力拉动.如需停止开卷,拧紧弹簧上的螺丝,开卷机就会停止转动.The decoiler running is by the power on the two roller device so if need to stop the decoiler, then tighten the screw on the spring. Then the decoiler will stop.
◆配有挡料盘,防止窄卷松散倾倒.With the machine will supply the block plate to prevent the narrow coils fall down and loose.

2. 7辊整平机7 roller-straightener
◆分成2根夹送辊,5辊整平辊.It is divided into 2 pinch rollers and 5 leveling rollers, diameter 90mm, material: GCr15
◆2辊夹送能消除扁钢在剪切后的部分毛刺, 5辊整平部分进行初整平, 便于喂料.2 pinch rollers can eliminate part of the bur after the shearing, while the 5 leveling rollers pre-leveling the plate to feed the flat bar more easily.
◆辊子直径φ90mm, 无动力.辊子两边采用辊子轴承支撑.The diameter of the rollers isφ90mm without power and both sides of the rollers are adopted the roll bearing to support.

3. 倒角挤压装置Chamfering and extrusion machine
◆采用10根立辊,分为5组.进行挤压,倒角除毛刺. It adopts the 10 stand roller which are divided into 5 groups , these rollers are used to press and squeeze each side to do the chamfering and edging.
◆此装置能使锋利的边缘钝化,形成扁钢的侧边.This part can make the sharp edge to blunt so that forming the sides of the flat bars.
◆辊子槽设计圆角,生产直角扁钢For the groove of the rollers will designed the round to produce the square edge flat bar.

4. 两辊压边装置:2 roller press device diameter:190mm, material: GCr15
◆与整平主机联动,修复经过挤压变厚的边,将扁钢整体厚度辊压回需要的厚度. Share the motor with the flat surface straightener. It is used to modify both edge which getting thick after squeezing. Then rolling the flat bar thickness back into the demand thickness
5. 纵向调直机Longitudinal straightener
◆采用7只立辊校直板料纵向弯曲度.7 stand rollers to straighten the flat bars longitudinal bending,diameter:125, material: GCr15
◆此装置无齿轮箱装置,无动力设计. This device doesn’t have the gear distributor. No power.

6. 平面整平机Flat surface straightener
◆22KW变频控制电机,配置减速机.It is equipped with 22KW frequency conversion control motor with decelerator.
◆由2根夹送辊11根矫平辊组成It is composed of 2 pinch rollers and 11 leveling rollers diameter:95, material: GCr15
◆电机跟换成变频控制,更有利于节约成本,速度和长度更是可靠The motor change to frequency conversion control which is cheaper and with a perfect speed and length

7. 液压剪Hydraulic Cutter
◆用于扁钢的定长剪切.The machine is applied to the cutting of the flat bars
◆液压由上至下液压剪切,配合PLC实现定长剪切.Hydraulically controls the cutter cut from up to down. Cooperate with PLC make the fixed length cutting possible.

8. 接料台Fixed length receive table

1. 安装调试: 卖方将提供技术人员进行安装调试, 但是买方需要承担技术人员的来回机票,食宿以及100美金没人每天的安装费用 Installation: Seller will dispatch the engineers to do the installation. But the buyer should be cover the round tickets and accommodation for the engineers from the seller. And pay USD100 installation fee per day per person.

2. 卖方将提供: 装箱单,发票,产地证书以及设备说明书,电气原理图,易损件图,操作安全规程. The seller will supply the packing list, invoice and CO and the operation manual, electrical scheme, the drawings of the easily damaged parts as well as the safe operation specification.

3. 公司制造设备提供保修期一年,终身服务. The seller provides one year warranty and all life service for the machine

4. 设备在保修期内,由供方质量造成的故障,本公司将无偿的给予修理和更换,其他原因收取成本费,两年内收取备品备件成本费.During the warrantee, if the troubles caused by the seller’s quality, the seller will supplies the maintain ance and changes freely. If caused by other reasons , the buyer should pay the cost fee of the materials. In 2 year, the seller can get the cost of the spare parts
