The main structure and performance:

Four column hydraulic press machine is mainly composed of mechanical parts, hydraulic transmission and electrical control of three parts.

1 Mechanical parts:

1.1. Machine main body, the main cylinder, pumping stations, operating cabinets, and other components.

1.2 Machine main body is 45# steel welded structure. Through the high temperature annealing furnace to eliminate the stress, so that the accuracy of maintaining good, small deformation. The ram is connected with the piston of the master cylinder by a flange, and the piston is provided with a guide and anti deflection capability. Can ensure the accuracy and the use effect. And worktable pad has T slot, you can use the T shaped bolt to install workpiece and tooling, T slot size and spacing according to user requirements.

1.3 master cylinder: the main cylinder is a single piston cylinder structure. The oil cylinder is fixed on the hole of the upper cross beam and fixed through the cylinder nut, piston bottom is connected with ram by flange. Piston rod surface hardening treatment.

1.4 master cylinder pressure using the pressure sensor detection and setting, the main cylinder with a pressure holding function, in which the time can automatically fill pressure, pressure drop limit pressure can be set according to user requirements. Pressure gauge detection and remote pressure regulating valve adjustment.

1.5 the stroke position of ram is detected and controlled by the linear displacement sensor; the stroke position of the hydraulic pad is controlled by proximity switch, and the maintenance is convenient.

1.6 oil cylinder is mainly sealed with high quality sealing ring (with a built-in four oil seal, three copper guide belt), to avoid the oil cylinder leakage, and has a good wear resistance, to extend the service life.
