DEK Support Pin 107785 112069 TOOLING PIN, MAGNETIC, 81mm, STD DIA
Detail Information:
DEK's new Photon printing press has shown better results than expected in terms of significant cost savings. The reason why Photon has such extraordinary performance lies in its DEK* technology and creative engineering concept.
Photon combines motion control, position sensing and optimized
press racks in DEK peers to create a true 6-sigma platform with
accuracy within ±20 μ m aligned by Xmury throughout the printing
cycle. Photon also uses DEK's RTC delivery technology to provide
extremely high precision with a core cycle ahead of its peers (only
4 seconds).
DEK's optimized printing press rack technology can improve
stability and reliability, bringing users an advantage in terms of
cost of ownership. Photon is also combined with the easy-to-use
DEKInstinctiv customers user interface to further reduce the cost
of ownership for users.
Instinctiv tools can help operators build complex processes quickly
and accurately, achieving reliable first-time printing pass rates
and meeting even the most stringent circuit board requirements,
even with very little machine or process experience. Instinctiv
also saves valuable NPI (new product import) time, as well as
text-dependent auxiliary instructions and online bug fixes. In
addition, Instinctiv's innovative real-time display consumption
level ensures shorter downtime to achieve production.
Instinctiv contacts is also a portal for access to DEK Interactiv
online support services, and users have independent access to DEK's
knowledge servers located in technology centers around the world
through Interactiv, which store detailed process and setup
information, graphical tips and assistance. Users can also work
with remote DEK technicians through the virtual private network,
including jointly controlling the machine to improve settings,
fine-tuning machine settings and solving machine problems.
The RTC tuning technology adopted by Photon can speed up the
transport speed of the substrate into the board and the PCB out of
the board, shortening the core cycle of the machine to 4 seconds.
RTC printing thus solves the key problem of limiting the core
cycle, namely minimizing the stagnation time (dead time)-the
printing press does not add any value to the circuit board during
the stagnation time.
Other productivity-enhancing options include a two-lane conveyor
configuration that feeds components directly into a dual-rail
pickup so that both products can run at the same time. The large
board configuration capabilities of 610mm x 508mm [X x Y] or the
upcoming 508mm x 610mm [X x Y] are directly compatible with the
large board pick-up formats of major manufacturers.
Next generation machine control infrastructure.
Photon takes full advantage of other mature technologies of DEK, such as the use of high-speed synchronous pattern recognition technology to reduce reference point aiming and circuit board alignment time, and the use of high-quality position encoders for * and repeatable printing, even for wafer-level chip-level packaging of (CSP) and 01005-element devices.
Photon also benefits from DEK's new and efficient bus control
structure with higher reliability, process repeatability,
functionality and cost-effective assembly and maintenance services.
The intelligent extensible control local area network (ISCAN)
technology of DEK uses CAN protocol to connect all machine
subsystems. The traditional distribution frame is replaced by an
efficient bus structure and supports data collection, automatic
calibration and extensive diagnostic functions from major
subsystems.
In order to improve the availability and utilization of machines,
Photon users can benefit from DEK's global support architecture,
which includes access to DEK's regional technology center and
highly flexible implementation, application and process research
and development services; easy machine performance upgrades;
24-hour use of high-quality consumables; and 24-hour global
networking DEK consulting services and Internet-based online
assistance.
