Applicable Foods:
1. Beer, wine, fruit wine and edible oil should be used before
pressure tanks and blown bottles are capped, which can remove
oxygen and prevent non-carbonated beverages and edible oil from
being oxidized, decayed or faded. If bottle corks are used, wooden
plugs in bottles can be prevented from being mildewed, and nitrogen
purity is ≥99%.
2. Puffed and fried foods: the foods can be prevented from being
softened or deteriorated due to a small amount of water, and are
well packaged and difficult to break during transportation.
3. Pastries, baked foods and egg pies: preservation time can be
generally prolonged by 3-5 months. The foods can be prevented from
being deformed or broken during transportation after nitrogen
charging.
4. Milk powder and soybean milk powder: the phenomenon that the
milk powder is agglomerated when extruded and stored for a long
time can be prevented or reduced by using trace nitrogen.
5. Grains, nuts, fruits and vegetables: the harm of organisms such
as pests can be prevented by charging nitrogen with the purity of
95%, 5% of oxygen can reduce the respiratory rate of the fruits,
and the preservation effect is very obvious.
6. Candies and snack foods: they are mainly suitable to be packaged
by airtight bags.
