Product Description:
Moble Phone Directional Drop Test Equipment is suitable for drop testing of mobile phones, tablet computers,
and various small consumer electronic products. It can accurately
impact the parts that need to be tested to evaluate the product's
ability to withstand drops.
Features:
- Using AC servo motor + synchronous belt to adjust the drop height, and the height positioning is accurate.
- It uses a color LCD touch screen + PLC for action control and settings. It can directly set the drop height and automatically stops when it reaches the set height. It can preset the number of drops and has a power-off memory function. All controls are completed on the touch screen: drop and reset. , height setting, times setting, counting, etc.
- The product is released at a height of 300mm, and the product drop angle is close to the test setting angle.
- A variety of drop boards are available: steel plates, wooden boards, and marble boards, which are suitable for testing requirements in many countries.
- Automatic counting (number of falls) function, switchable between maintain fall mode/free fall mode.
- It is protected by a protective cover all around, and a safety door is used at the entrance to ensure the safety of operators.
