One. Machine features and applications
RS-2000W ultrasonic wire harness welding machine uses high-frequency vibration waves to transmit to the surfaces of two wires to be welded. Under pressure, the two wire surfaces are fused under the action of ultrasound to form a fusion between molecular layers. Its advantages are fast, energy-saving, high fusion strength, good electrical conductivity, good thermal conductivity, no sparks, and close to cold state. The machine adopts a 32-bit single-chip control system, and all functions are fully computer-controlled intelligently. The ultrasonic output frequency is based on the frequency of the welding head and the frequency offset after the welding head temperature rises due to long-term welding of products, the false change of the frequency after the welding head presses the product, and the auxiliary surrounding environment temperature. The ultrasonic output frequency automatically tracks to ensure that the equipment works at the optimal frequency point, making the welded products more stable, perfect, reliable and unified.

The internal power amplifier adopts a full-bridge IGBT module with high ultrasonic conversion rate. The maximum ultrasonic power of the machine can reach 2000W, which can meet various welding requirements;
4. More advanced protection circuit, output sound wave overload, sudden mold rupture and overload, the built-in computer detection circuit cuts off the output in a very short time, thereby protecting the internal circuit;
5. High-speed switching work up to 135 times per minute, which can
be adapted to various non-standard automation equipment
welding.
6. The operation interface can be selected in Chinese or English,
which is more convenient for foreign buyers to use;
7. The control wiring of the electric box is very simple, with two
aviation plugs at the back, ø30MM2-pin for sound output, ø25MM7-pin
for start switch and emergency stop switch, and it can work after
plugging in; the electric box is smaller in size, with an actual
