Main performance and structure features

1. Fully automatic frequency modulation and amplitude modulation vibration plate feeding;
2. Horizontal feeding tracks are arranged in sequence;
3. The fixtures clamp LED components one by one in sequence;
4. Position the LED pins (to prevent the inward eight phenomenon and to separate the pitch when forming);
5. Correct and straighten the pitch of LED components, and perform automatic forming when forming is required;
6. Perform online testing of LEDs through testing instruments, identify polarity and test leakage dead lamps, etc.; and remove defective ones;
7. The reversing device selectively rotates 180 degrees to automatically adjust the polarity direction of the LED lamp beads to be consistent;
8. Eliminate defective products online;
9. After the LED lamp beads are formed into pitch, they are positioned again through the fan-shaped sheet and then pasted into the paper tape;
10. After taping, the pitch is tested again, the tape is heated, and the paper tape is punched, etc.;
11. The taped products are inspected for various dimensions by CCD vision and then folded and collected;

4. The upper clamp and open clamp system is a rack type, which is more convenient to change the specifications without changing the center line of the fixture. The special fixture product has no clamping damage.

5. The box quantity can be set freely, which is convenient for customers to package and plug in the machine.

6. The first clamp adopts optical fiber positioning to prevent the surface of the inductor from being clamped, and the first clamp is kept open when there is no product or the product is not positioned well.

7. The back end of the punching adopts photoelectric precision detection to prevent the taping failure caused by excessive punching burrs and improper operation, and timely alarm.

8. The equipment tests each LED lamp bead and automatically discharges defective products.

9. The stable folding and pasting material receiving system saves human resources for customers, and one person can operate multiple devices.
