Intro:

RS-901AW is an advanced and accurate LED lead cutting machine. It can detect LED polarity and cut leads to long and short length, also it can cut and form LED leads to required shapes. This machine is more universal, it can change grippers and forming die for different size LED and different forming shape requirements. With tester device, operator can set voltage, currency for accurate testing. With vibration bowl feeder, it can feed LED automatically . tThe customized gripper can clamp LED to forming tool. For 3mm and 5mm LED cutting forming, it can reach 8000-12000pcs/hour.
